Privacy Policy — ITNOLOGIES LLC
Effective date: October 20, 2026. ITNOLOGIES LLC ("ITNOLOGIES," "we," "us") provides
business automation services, including messaging services built on the WhatsApp
Business Platform. This policy explains what information we process through our
applications and websites, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we process: When a person communicates with a business
that uses our services, or with ITNOLOGIES directly, we may process: (a) contact
information, such as a name and phone number; (b) message content sent through
WhatsApp or other messaging channels, including text, voice notes, and media the
sender chooses to share; (c) order or service details included in those messages;
and (d) technical metadata, such as timestamps, delivery status, and message
identifiers. When you contact us directly — by phone or by email — we also process
your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message, so we can
respond to you.
How we use information: We use this information only to provide and
operate the messaging and automation services requested by the businesses we serve:
receiving and routing messages, preparing and confirming orders or requests,
providing customer support, maintaining security, and complying with legal
obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use message content
for advertising.
Sharing: Information is shared only as needed to operate the
service: with the business the person is communicating with, and with infrastructure
providers that process data on our behalf (such as Meta Platforms, Inc. for WhatsApp
delivery, and our cloud and telephony providers), under their respective terms. We
may disclose information when required by law.
Text messaging (SMS): We will not share your opt-in to an SMS
campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the
services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS
opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging
services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any
other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above
categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this
information will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention: We retain messaging records only for as long as needed
to provide the service, meet contractual commitments to the businesses we serve, and
satisfy legal and accounting requirements. Consent records for recorded or automated
communications are retained for four years. Voice recordings are retained for
thirteen months. Operational message records are reviewed periodically and deleted
when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights: You may ask us what information we hold
about you and request its correction or deletion by contacting us at the address
below. If you no longer wish to receive messages, reply STOP or contact the business
directly. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
Security: We use access controls, encrypted connections, and
credential vaulting appropriate to the size of our operation. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute
security.
